I would like to sincerely thank Kita and Christy for all of their help during my visit to HomeSense at Columbia Crossing. They were both very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my time in the store. It truly felt like they went above and beyond their roles to assist me, offering thoughtful suggestions and demonstrating a great eye for décor. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I appreciate their excellent customer service and will gladly return because of it.

I usually love to shop at this Homesense but had an awful experience the other day! The manager called over to assist with my return was incredibly condescending and clearly on a power trip. He was an older bald man and honestly made me never want to shop at this location again. I approached the situation with understanding and was met with nothing but a rude attitude.

A man named Ron helped me much on 2/23/2026! He helped me find a rug that my wife wanted me to purchase. The inventory is great. The quality of the rug is high. An evident manager was alert to my need at the beginning, and he had Ron assist me. The cashier was excellent as well! Our living room is improved, thanks to Home Sense in Columbia, Maryland. The store's setting and cleanliness are important to us as customers, and the staff delivered all!
