Jeremy went out of his way to help us find an apartment, this was not an easy task as we were moving across the country and had no idea what the different neighborhoods in chicago offered. He found us a reasonably priced luxury unit, in one of the best neighborhoods, it ticked all the boxes and has a lake view to boot. We've already recc. him to new friends in the area and hope to do business with him again in the future.
Kyle Licocci was our consultant, and I would highly recommend his services. From browsing rentals to our application acceptance, he was a great resource and communicator through the process!

Jeremy Jackson is the man! He seems to have listings in every building in Chicago and can find a place in any area for almost any price range. He saved my roommate and I a ton of time and money as he got us a place well below the advertised website price on the building's website. 10/10 service.
