{{EDIT}} The trash has been cleaned up and we appreciate it. This company is building on our street and don’t have very good control of the work. There’s trash along the entire frontage of the road, and empty trash cans in the corner of the lot. They also showed up and cut down trees in a tree protection area in week, one. Additionally, much of the sediment and erosion control is not in working order and not being maintained.
Be careful using this builder. They verbally agreed to my offer and then the next day backed out. I get it is business but tread carefully. They are NOT trustworthy and have no integrity with their customers.
Homescape builders take pride in their craftsmanship and their ongoing customer service. They had a great team that were flexible and professional. The experience of working with them exceeded our expectations. We could not more highly recommend them.
