Had a great experience with Jan. He was very thorough with the inspection and accurate in estimating the age of all components in the home. His inspection was the cheapest I was quoted, but it was his stellar reviews that led me to choose him as my inspector. The report was very detailed. As a young single income home buyer it meant the world to me to hear the candid opinion of a house inspector with so much experience. Ultimately Jan made me feel very confident in my decision to purchase the home.
