This settlement company took over 5 months to process and record my deed. The only reason I found out there was a problem 3 months after settlement was because of a tax implication and the county called me. When I reached out to Homesale to fix it, I could not get them to call me back and had to call the York and Lancaster offices to try to figure out the next level up to talk to. The Shrewsbury office said they were working on it and it took another 2 months of me calling incessantly and having to loop in my realtor and loa... read more
