Dave and his team at Eminence was the best real estate agent we could have asked for. If "above and beyond" was a person it would be him! We were first time buyers and Dave walked us through all aspects of the process from searching for early possibilities, our lending options and lenders in the area, renovation estimates/contractors and other workers that we could use in the Denver area, crafting a good offer, dealing with inspections, and getting us our house!
