We did a complete main floor renovation, including the kitchen. We were extremely pleased with Mike and the tradespeople he has working for him. He provided us with a detailed calendar outlining when the trades were booked and when the work was scheduled for completion. Happy to report that our renovation was completed on time. Mike was incredible right from the beginning to the end of our renovation. He developed my mom's basement so I knew he did quality work, and although we did get other quotes, ultimately decided to go with Sandstone because of his high quality workmanship. Mike was very flexible with our changing wants throughout the process and helped us make decisions where we were unsure of what to do. I have referred Mike over several years to anyone looking to do renovations. He is extremely patient and has fantastic tradespeople. He comes in on time and on budget — sometimes under. He has a great way with people and you will really enjoy working with him.

Sandstone Associates was a pleasure to work with! Both easy to contact and very responsive to questions, all while educating us as the client through the process. We had Sandstone install hardwood floors, replace baseboards and install a custom stair railing all which were done on time and below our original quote. Sandstone Associates were professional, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering home renovations!
