We purchased their model home October 2018. There are many quality and workmanship issues including our landscaping. I would not recommend purchasing a home from Them!!
Never had Homes plus build a home for me but spent some time with them. They're a good family that take tremendous amount of pride in the homes they build.
Homes Plus was very helpful and accommodating while building our forever home. Everything ended up being perfect. Any issues they fixed in a very timely manner and even made design changes throughout the process for our specific needs. They’re customer service rep was at the site often and even helped with the projects we took on ourselves. Can’t say enough good things about this small, family owned company.
