STAY AWAY FROM HOW! Just like the other reviews have said, HOW will promise the world. They will tell you they look after their tenants, constantly checking in to make sure all is going well. And they will make sure the property is well maintained. And HOW will tell you they will return your property in the condition you leased it in. Its all BS. Landlords, do not rent your property to them. Their own website and staff promise property management and to return your property in a similar state. Reality is the property will be ruined and they will not fix it. I couldn't even get one full set of keys back! Rude, aggressive staff who will mock your distress and tell you "take us to NCAT then" and "you should have held us accountable earlier". Attention Landlords if this organisation approaches you or your Property Manager to lease your property stay away, at the very least the blurb on their website and the pitch to entice you to become one of their landlords is misleading. In our experience the tenants that they put in are unruly and have absolutely no respect for your property and when all is said and done and the lease is up they throw a whole lot of jargon at you and walk away leaving you with a substantial bill to bring your property back up to scratch.
Homes out west have been an amazing support for myself and family and are so greatly for believing in me and having a new home of our own now. Thankyou guys especially Laura
