David, Tracy and their team are truly amazing.
I cannot speak to buying or selling, as I have not yet, but Dave is extremely knowledgeable on many things house-related, helpful in general, and very passionate about the community. He is involved with various community initiatives and has a lot of good recommendations for local contractors.
I’ve known David Berg and Rachel Wendelburg for a few months now and while I would love the opportunity to work with them, I see why they’re so loved by their customers.
