I was given this number to call about a certain problem and question I had concerning HUD rules. I was met with the most ignorant and rude associates ever. The last woman I spoke with even hung up on me! It is sad when you can't even voice your opinion anymore. I guess when they don't want to deal with a certain problem, they just hang up on you. I wish I would have got their names, but more than likely nothing would be done about it anyway. They were probably DEI hires.
Corissa she is a god. Best thing ever to walk. If she's able to help she gets it done. I've told a few people to go get help there she had no problem with that she did it and fast everything she can do she will get it for you. Thank God for people like them specially Corissa.
Beware! Beware! This agency is not helpful! First time in my life going through this business, I was scheduled an appointment on Friday March 1st 2024 with HOTH for ERA with Corissa Dyer it lasted approximately 2 hours I asked her to look through my application during the appointment to make sure everything is accurate and she said nothing no response. I advised her to make sure she does not overlook the additional added fees section on my application and to make sure late fees and court charges are added, she then said she ... read more
