I have been a construction foreman for over 30 years. Every time I have to fix a problem on a Homes of Merit, I am amazed at the evidence that it was assembled by the lowest skill worker imaginable. The lack of understanding of tools and material is astonishing. Do they not even show their employees how they're supposed to assemble the home? And do they even have a quality control system?
Very poor all the way around. Not to mention, I recently was cutting the grass and had a rock hit the siding. Upon inspection, I found out that there is no housewrap on my house.
Disappointing that there is no local number for lake city location. Just love it when everything is online. America can’t just pickup a phone and call someone really.
I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath merit home and I absolutely love it. Mine is a 2015 and I love it so much I am moving it to Okeechobee Florida on the lake because I want to keep my beautiful home. I want to thank all the Craftsmen at Holmes America.
