They are straight slumlords. They bought the building on main and within a month had evicted every single person. All of whom were disabled. They evicted them so fast that they ended up homesless on the streets. Just because these slumlords wanted to raise the rents. All Thier properties are ghetto. This is the most abusive evil group I've ever seen. The abuse they did to those disabled people was crazy. They are truly going to hell. Stay as far away as possible.
Becky is great to work with. I've had a few problems that have been resolved quickly.
Probably the worst rental experience of my life, serious drug issues, a few think because they rent they own it. Their just ignorant and confused. If you rent in the 3 buildings on 7th st hope you enjoy blunt's, doors slamming loud music past any acceptable level's. Constant alcoholics. Oh and a grown adult that raped a 13 year old girl.
