My property manager, Tonya, is the best you could possibly want or ask for. The complete opposite of Homes North who are the sleeziest and greediest people I've ever come across. And they've changed the way they calculate rent subsidies. I'm paying full market rent for a 1 bedroom unit where the kitchen sink hasn't worked in over 2 years. I am sick of getting lies from my new property manager says she is going to ring me about things after I have things that I have asked to be done since December last year still has not been done this is so bad because I have been with housing for nearly 5 years never had any problems before I got my new property manager so I am so pissed at this
After having experienced homelessness, I'm just grateful we have services such as Homesnorth.
The most overpayed yet incompetent group I have encountered by far, reception is getting paid to do nothing and property management is beyond a joke and the maintenance line is pointless nothing gets done property is developing mould damage due to neglect
