Since 1990, Homes First! has been acquiring, renovating, and preserving affordable rental housing for low income families, individuals, and people with special needs. Currently we own and manage 42 rental units. Income from rents goes to maintain the housing, provide staff oversight, and help fund future affordable housing projects.

This local nonprofit does a great job providing affordable housing for eligible renters in Thurston County. They have wonderful caring people working and volunteering at their organization. While there is much to work to be done to address this shortage of affordable housing, I applaud their efforts and encourage others to contact them regarding donating time, money or materials to help with this important cause.
