this review is to show the quality and wonderful service that I've got so far from Anna and Mark Pontbriand. they have worked tirelessly for us to help us make a new home after fire took our home. I came in unannounced and Anna spent half the morning with me on the phone with the mortgage company escrow company and trying to get all the paperwork I needed in and she has been a great help.
My husband and I visited the Home Direct office and had the pleasure of working with Mark Pontbriand and Ana Hardman. They provided us with a wealth of helpful information and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We were very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service. It was a truly positive experience, and we greatly appreciate their support.
Mark and Anna were super helpful in every way! They went above and beyond to make sure everything when properly. We love our new home!❤️
