As second time Westbay home buyers I have to say the second time around was so much better, easier, positive. Chris Hill was a dream to work with and had so many helpful contacts for everything. And even though it was a move in ready home we purchased, Ben Titus did an unreal job on this build as the GC. We had an outside inspection done on both homes and the inspector said this was one of the best built homes he’d ever seen in his line of work. Can’t wait to fully move into the home and Lakewood Ranch as a community.
Sales rep didn't take us seriously and was brushing us off, I can only imagine how it would be post sale if they treat prospect customers like that.
Myself and fiance have been looking for a house in Lakewood Ranch since March. We checked out several different areas that were similar to the needs and wants we had.
