Less than professional Sales Team & Management. Very poor and misleading communication verbal and written. Witnessed several potential buyers walk away because models were locked and sales staff weren't available during posted business hours. This builder proudly states that they work for their customers and not their shareholders as well as prides themselves in customer satisfaction. Words mean nothing without actions backing them up.
