Bought a new Seneca 2 years ago. Excellent build quality. Very few minor snag items at the one year warranty review. All fixed quickly.
As soon as they hand you the keys your in for horrible service. HOMES BY TOWNE has the worst customer service ever! I have black mold growing in my walls because of the workmanship and it's been an ongoing nightmare to deal with them since the day I moved it.... lots of new homes builders in the area with similar pricing.... best advice buy your new home from another builder.
