Quite honestly, I've had nothing but issues from the warranty team with Taber Homes. They are deceitful and not good to their word. We have leaks in the house, leaks in the sprinkler systems, etc. In fact, our water bill jumped from $75/mo to $300/mo due to their leaks and they would not rectify the situation. In addition to leaking problems, we also had cracks emerging in the walls (floor, interior, and exterior) and the team would not do anything to fix the problem.
