We can’t recommend Sarah Fox highly enough! Sarah knows the market so well, she got our offer within $5k of the highest bid (out of 6 offers!). And, instead of this being close but still a loss, she recognized that between the circumstances of the seller and the unique (and undervalued) listing price, the most important part of our bid besides the price would be speed. Sarah was amazing! She helped us navigate the home buying process with grace and patience and was a great advocate for our needs. Her knowledge of the DMV is paramount, we couldn’t have done it without her. We’ve already recommended her to friends and family.

Sarah is the best! I can’t recommend working with her enough. She was very dedicated with our search and making sure all our needs were met. She was always available to answer tons of questions we had throughout the process!
