Luke and Matt have both been great. Our family owns 2 roth homes. Roth has stood behind their work and helped with any issues even after the warranty was up.
If they build houses like they manage properties, they will do as little as possible to get by while still taking the money. No ownership or responsibility for their duties.

Roth has owned out HOA and they are terrible. There are overgrown lots at the front of the neighborhood, sidewalks not completed, gates that do not work for extended periods of time, a pool that they fail to maintain.
