Powerblock Builders is currently building a house next to me . They hire cheap labor and give them no protective equipment . The saws they use for concrete n blocks produce air borne Silica . The Silica is non stop daily . It is all over my house , car , yard just everything . Please read about the health effects of Silica .When I tried to talk to one of the owners he laughed at me . I was using a translator for he did not speak English . The site is a constant mess . Dangerous to Neighbores and their employees . Think twice... read more

Watching my home being built on Fort Myers Beach has been extremely satisfying. I have watched the process from foundation to roof. No shortcuts, timely results, excellent communication. From the first time we met with Chad, in sales, and Oscar, the President of PowerBlock, it has been clear we chose a company that takes pride in providing the absolute highest quality product.
We are currently under construction on Fort Myers Beach using HOMES by Powerblock as our Builder. Everyone at Powerblock has been truly first class. This Team has so much integrity ! From Chad in Sales to Oscar the Owner, their communication has been stellar. They take pride in their workmanship and the attention to detail has been impressive. Building a home can be stressful but, it doesn’t have to be. Do yourself a favor and call Powerblock… I’m so thankful we did !
