I visited a friend who used this builder and the home was absolutely beautiful ❤️
Working with Mr. Lawrence and Pauline was great during the build. The problem with them is after the build. Several issues with the interior of the home that we could never get fixed still to this day, 2 years later. Our flooring was our biggest complaint. They installed it wrong therefore it started warping and coming apart 3 months after we moved in. It took them almost a year to replace the flooring. They still to this day have not come back to putty the nail holes and repaint my baseboards. I have several text asking abo... read more
