I had a window pane that had lost its seal. I contacted Southern Concepts DB (Kiser) and asked for help getting the window pane replaced. They had me contact Beach Window and Door in Calabash. They asked for information about my window pane that was on the window and ordered the window for me, My house was build four years ago by Ken Kiser. Southern Concepts DB has helped me with a couple of issue since then. They stand by their build.
My wife and I met with a half dozen builders before we went with Ken Kiser/Southern Concepts. Basically we liked the style of the homes they built and fell in love with one specific home design. Building a new home is extremely stressful and choosing the right builder can make or break your experience and your future satisfaction.
