Disappointing experience – unprofessional conduct from sales to director level. Very unpleasant experience with the sales officer. Least interested in assisting. There was no effort to engage in any conversation. Minimal effort to provide helpful information, and her body language seemed dismissive. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of enthusiasm and customer service, especially when you expect to be treated with respect and interest as a customer. The sales person was on today was very unwelcoming and didn’t show any interest with customer service. She replied to our questions with less interest and felt bit ignorant with it. Overall the experience was unpleasant.
