Our home was completed Oct in 2022. Was promised delivery by July 2022. Build quality is so-so, not as promised or shown at the show unit. I definitely do not recommend then to anyone to go through this horrible experience. I wish there is a negative 5 in the stars rating

Poor service , no response after several emails. It’s been more than 7 month after getting keys and some of the seasonal work still pending and keep on saying that we don’t have supply for the materials. While the other home by “homes by Avi” in same lane are completely finished and their construction was started we got our keys Don’t buys from them , otherwise you have to beg for everything to get it done There so called customer service specialists “Lori Perin” has zero customer service skills I wish I could give zero

Homes by Avi built our home from February to October 2021. The process was good and seamless till the our possession date. There was a delay in the completion of our home due to shortage of supplies and so they had to complete things after possession. Although we weren’t happy about this as well as some errors that came up, the area sales manager, Ashley Robinson, was a pleasure to work with and made the process bearable for us.
