I came to buy a new home. I had been waiting a long time for the moment when prices would stabilize, and starting this year I decided to buy a house from them. I came to see their two fresh showhome that they’re showing off, and then I went to look at what they actually built! and you know, there’s a huge difference between what they have at showhome and what they deliver as the real built house. Look first at what they’re actually selling to people, not what they show to everyone. It’s a big scam. I won’t come here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I will provide pictures later with comparison with quality from their some building locations in Rockland Park.

Terrible builder. No one there takes responsibility for anything. When they’re trying to sell you, they smile, but the moment you pay, you disappear into the shadows and suddenly they have no time for you. We came to ask how we could buy a home here, and they had nothing prepared about the new phase and couldn’t give any clear answers.
