They NEVER answer the phone. I go to check on my application status it says failure to respond that is inaccurate. I have had the same phone number, email, & address. They never reached out in any way, shape, or form. Unbelievable.
Very nice place to be but 1 star is absolutely bc of the rental office. They messed up the ENTIRE community's rent and we ALL had backpay, due to the company's mistake. That is insane. Not okay. We all deserve at least a free month. We shouldnt have to pay back THEIR mistakes. Also we keep getting notices saying we late on rent and or getting evicted cuz we owe money from late fees we shouldn't have bc we paid EARLY. Like huh?? This property is beautiful, i have a minor issues but my apartment was definitely not move in ready when i moved in. I been here 2 weeks and i still haven’t received my mailbox key. No one is ever in the office. The website says open but when you go to the office the sign says closed. No one ever answers the phone or responds to my emails.
I honestly don’t know if anyone works here. No pne returns calls or is ever there !
Lots of Section 8 housing here. Not a great place to live if you don't have a car. And a Sheets is going up right across the street only adding to the traffic congestion in this area.
