We have had a horrible experience with this company. They were very quick to cash our check, but after not returning to do the work in a timely fashion, they will not return our money. Please save yourself the heartache of being out hundreds of dollars at Christmastime.
Without doing any diagnosis he immediately starting disassembling the Bosch Dryer after an hour and a half he left saying he was going for a part. In addition to the dryer not heating now the drum won’t turn. Having to call another company to come what he didn’t do properly or professionally. STAY AWAY, should have checked them out more thoroughly.
They were quick to come get my money but after letting them know my oven doesn't work still, they ordered the part supposively, 2 weeks and they can't come up with enough excuses not to fix my oven. Do not trust these two they still have my money and I still have a broken oven!!!
