You know we were unable to afford any of them, but he still sat down with us and gave us some options in case we might come up with some more money or something happens that we could add like homebuyers first time stuff .he took the time to explain everything to us different things about the land and different things about what we need like permits and stuff so he was thorough good and a happy spirited person!
Bill Latte was a pleasure to work with. When I first showed up, I had no idea what I was doing or if this was even the right option for me. He answered all my questions and continued to be there through the entire process, from getting a pre-approval, finding land and picking my home. 5 Stars all the way. The team there Had our house move in ready a month ahead of schedule. The owner Matt worked with us personally to make sure all our needs were met. Matt stayed in constant contact with us and was easy to reach with questions. We went in there as customers and left as friends.
