OMG these houses are absolutely stunning. I know they have every upgrade available added. But even you cannot afford every upgrade , the house will still be quality build I walked through yesterday Tuesday and the cleaners were just finishing. Very friendly very polite. Courtney , also very knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly Unfortunately since this day, I never heard anything back Looks like I will build with someone who really wants my money

We engaged Stylemaster and paid $10,000 for design plans and a tender. While the initial plans were ok at best, the real disappointment has been their service and attitude throughout. Despite repeated requests, I was never provided with essential files—particularly a contours survey that I had paid for. When I sought competitive pricing from other builders (a completely reasonable step for such a large investment), I was met with hostility and obstruction, including refusal to release the survey in a usable format. We are 4 months into our modified Malaney and absolutely love it. Can not fault the team always willing to help (Lyn, Maureen, Sharon) on time and in budget. Site supervisor Dan was amazing from start to finish n still.
