So far, we’ve had a 5-star experience. We’re just about to move to the HIA stage. The team has been very competent and helpful. We can’t wait to see the final result. I’ll be a happy repeat client if this level of service continues throughout the build.
Extremely disappointing experience with Stylemaster. Over six months, we faced repeated mistakes, poor communication, and a lack of accountability, causing significant stress to our family. OMG these houses are absolutely stunning. I know they have every upgrade available added. But even you cannot afford every upgrade , the house will still be quality build I walked through yesterday Tuesday and the cleaners were just finishing. Very friendly very polite. Courtney , also very knowledgeable ,helpful and friendly Unfortunately since this day, I never heard anything back Looks like I will build with someone who really wants my money

We engaged Stylemaster and paid $10,000 for design plans and a tender. While the initial plans were ok at best, the real disappointment has been their service and attitude throughout. Despite repeated requests, I was never provided with essential files—particularly a contours survey that I had paid for. When I sought competitive pricing from other builders (a completely reasonable step for such a large investment), I was met with hostility and obstruction, including refusal to release the survey in a usable format.
