This company is a very unprofessional company. They do not treat good their tenants . Also have a very bad customer service specially Vanessa in the from office and the manager Mike. I have called Haydee for the past 3 days in a row for a commercial listing. She hasn't answered or called back and now she sends me to voicemail. Very unprofessional.
Updates: 32 SE 9th has termites. Both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Do not believe when the "manager" Scott says the property is safe. It should be tented for pests, but they wojld rather spot treat and tell tenants "every property in downtown has termites". Facts: rental had termites, landlord didn't want to TENT the property. We were infested and this landlord continued to advertise the apartments for rent without notifying potential tenants of pest situation.
