I went to A&E for a suspected broken foot. Arrived 8.30am, was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes, x-rayed by 9.15, and was out of there (with a confirmed fracture, crutches, boot and healing instructions) by 11.15am, so less than three hours in and out. Everyone was very kind, friendly and efficient. I think you're all doing amazing work under really difficult conditions and chronic lack of public funding. Thank you for everything you do. You all deserve a pay rise.
The worst experience I ever had in an AE!
I had tripped and cut my forehead. The staff were bery kind and friendly. I was only there for 3.5 hrs which included triage and a dressing , consultation with doctor, CT scan and gluing and steristripping of my head would. Very grateful to everyone there.
