I just wanted to say thank you for today’s appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting Lead Nurse Esther, and I truly appreciated how kind, warm, and welcoming she was. She made me feel so comfortable, and I’m genuinely happy and reassured to have her supporting me on this fertility journey. There’s just one thing I wanted to gently mention. Typical NHS quality... waiting lists too long, treatment takes forever, too much bureaucracy, appointments are done in months instead of weeks/days, etc.

My experience at Homerton Fertility Clinic was extremely disappointing. There were constant delays, a lack of empathy, and little to no attention given to monitoring patients' progress during fertility treatments. Follow-up procedures were nonexistent unless initiated by the patient. I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic. Please understand that negative feedback is not due to unsuccessful treatment, but rather a reminder that our time as women is precious and should not be wasted.
