I own a lawn business and always call them, very prompt and do fantastic work!
HomeRite windows and doors, did a horrible job in July of 2021 they came out to replace all the windows, grids, impact, spacers and caulking. In replacing the trim they bent it, beating off paint and making it so the trim never fit back leaving huge gaps, eventually they came out and we agreed they would replace the trim and then there was silence. Ive been dealing with this company since November 2021 regarding replacing a window thats still under warranty. Its now April 2022. They rarely return phone calls, playing the game of not my responsibility, and overall poor customer service. Im very irritated and disappointed to say the least. I had a window replaced a couple of years ago by this company without any problems. If I could give them a zero rating, I would definitely do so.

Update Review from 4/6/22. The owner has contacted me and he is working hard to resolve the issue. I appreciate his honesty in knowing the company did not meet the expectation and was willing to make it right. He appears to be a stand-up guy.
