We had been waiting for 4 months to receive an updated scope of works for our insurance through Suncorp. We received one about a month ago and it was all calculated incorrectly. You guys are ment to be professionals and should be ashamed of the quality of work coming from some of your assessors.
Home Repair has spent over four months deliberately refusing to provide critical claim details and essential documentation. Their assessor lied outright in reports, falsely claiming repairs were completed when they clearly were not. When I asked for receipts proving the work was done, case manager Jasmine acted unprofessionally by repeatedly hanging up on me whenever I requested information.
