From the first moment the assessor had a mindset to give us a hard time. I had to pull him up several times on his assignment and his view of the damage. My position was to work with the assessor but my gut feeling was he was working to insure aami did not repair my home to the previous condition. These insurance company's hide behind these company's.shame on yous I paid money in good faith. I am not a solicitor but the crap they throw at you is shameful. Just want my house repaired to what it was no more. What a shame
My contact with Home Repair was completely positive. Contact with staff was efficient and very timely. The repairs that were necessary to my home were completed promptly, professionally and with the minimum of fuss, with all tradesmen used being polite, friendly and effective in their work. I am very pleased with the outcome of the whole process thanks to Home Repair.
Did most of the job myself. Would not recommend. Engaged via AAMI as the panel builder on my home insurance claim, and the experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish. The most concerning issue throughout has been the apparent lack of competency from those carrying out the assessments and putting the revised scopes together. Home Repair seem to be very in competent. They are extremely slow with their communication not sure how they won the contract of servicing AAMI repairs/customers
Home Repair tradesmen were terrific & so eager to please . Nothing was any trouble for them . Would throughly recommend their people .
