Most impressed with Thanh and his team at Home Repair in bothing chasing up the contractor to complete the roofing repair work and following up with a full report of the work completed.
We just completed a large job after storm/hail damage . I have been telling all my friends how glad i am that we have stuck with Suncorp for 20 years , our first claim , we needed all new solar , some guttering and 2 new whirlybirds, everyone turned up on time on the days arranged , the solar team (brick hill) , roofers (roof pro ) even the scaffolders went above and beyond. Suncorp (Aishling) and Home Repair (Dylan) were wonderful in getting our repairs done well and in a timely manner. Their constant checking and updating were appreciated. Monarch also did a great job with the roof repairs. It all went very smoothly. Thank you!
