I am a 40something Greek American woman who has flown many times to Greece and other places. Out of all the Greek travel agencies that I have used over the years , Homer Tours is by far the better choice. Yeah, sure their service may be "authentically Greek", and yeah sure I have waited on the phone at least for 15 minutes, but Peter and his staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I like the prices at Homer tours though the customer service is best described as 'authentically Greek'. While I am used to the long phone hold times and curt attitude, my American husband was left wondering what he had done wrong when he had to change his ticket at the last minute. My most recent call I was on hold for 15 minutes when I had enough and hung up. I wish I could report that this was an isolated incident. Their prices are great, their customer service is just ok.
