I Got a quote from State Farm Saturday and I was given temp insurance card. Of course agents don’t work weekends so I wasn’t able to get in contact with someone right away. I got a called today at 8am from Queen at the agents office and she asked various questions about the vehicle and I also told her that I bought a new vehicle and that I need to add it to my policy. She grabbed my car info and vin and she said I’ll call you back with quote. Huh? Why not give me a quote while having the customer in the phone?! Bad sales tac... read more
Great insurance agent. He and his associates take the time to listen and give you the one on one service that goes beyond words. Homer is the best insurance agent I've ever had and his staff are equally great. They are a blessing.
