After they made me wait 4hrs for an oil change and simple computer update I finally leave and realize someone has removed all the protective film/stickers from the inside of my 25 Palisade that I worked for a year to keep on there. The buttons/knobs in these cars scratch very easily so I wanted to keep the protective film on as long as possible. Leave it to the dealership to remove it all for no reason. Zero work was being done inside the vehicle. Ridiculous
If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought my car from this place - a month later I was back for a service and what was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into a $300 alignment (mind you, no one told me what the cost was going to be so I’m glad I had the money at the time) - fast forward to 3 weeks ago, it was time for another oil change.
