Faith Dewitt was super helpful to us during our first vehicle purchase. She was polite and courteous to my wife and I and answered every question we had. I am very thankful for her outstanding service. Sheila originally answered our call and was also very helpful, she even texted me congratulations after our purchase, which was a nice addition seeing them just as excited as I was. Overall, I am very pleased with their team members I interacted with.
I purchased my new truck last week and the service rep Logan Coward was top notch.. I gave him my list of what i wanted down to the tee and he check off every box on my list and had my new truck here within 1 week. Went to pick it up and was in and out with all the paperwork within and hour. Truck was filled up, clean and all tags taking off my old truck and layed in my new truck.
