I had such a wonderful time at the lodge! My cabin was great, location was amazing. I loved sitting by the lake to watch the sandhill cranes and the floatplanes take off. Will be back!

We rarely write reviews but we thought this place truly deserves 5 stars. The location of the lodge on the lake is unbeatable, close to everything and walking distance from a bakery, restaurants, and even the brewing company. The spit is very close as well. Our room was great! Super clean and beds were super comfy, the room had everything we needed and with an amazing view of the lake and hillside! They have a hot tub by the lake which is amazing after a long day of adventures and a fire pit which had wood, fire starters and... read more

Beautiful little place stayed right on the lake building. Nice bonfire and got in the hot tub. Cool place to spend the night. I only had one bed. We needed a rollout cot. but it's still a cool place to stay.real cool and friendly people. But if you do stay here plan on getting up very early like 7:00 or 8:00 because the float planes take off and they are very very loud. But if you like that kind of thing, it's great fun to watch.

Float plane lodge is fine. Rooms are good, beds are fine. Pillows are meh. Location is excellent on the lake. Showers are tiny and dark.

A Magical Stay at Homer Float Plane Lodge! Our recent stay at Homer Float Plane Lodge was nothing short of extraordinary! A perfect blend of rustic Alaskan charm, thoughtful amenities, and unforgettable scenery. The lakeside cabins are cozy, clean, and perfectly located, just minutes from town, the farmers market, and the Homer Spit. Watching float planes land on Beluga Lake right from the deck was incredible. We loved the peaceful setting, the fire pit by the water, the relaxing hot tub, and the grill on site, (it was perfe... read more
