My treatment records apparently were being kept in this clinic, which inherited them from the Chiropractor I saw 5 years ago (LeTaye Inyerd). It seems Dr. Firestone is related to the Inyerds, and presumably took over the practice, inherited all their patients/records, and renamed the clinic. Once I figured this out, I was charged $20 for a copy of my records, which was only 27 pages, the pages were completely out of order, and they couldn't even duplex the sheets.
