Great service! Never had a problem, since 2022.
They stole my deposit when I signed up of $200. I set up an auto pay through their website. It didn't go through on their end. I got an email saying I missed a payment, paid it that day and never missed another payment. Now they are saying I have to wait another 12 months to see any of my deposit back. And deposit for what exactly, this winter they have left our power out for DAYS with these wind storms and just keep increasing the price.
If you plan on moving you have to cancel membership and reconnect as a new member instead of just changing meter numbers.. You have to pay a security deposit on service for what exactly? Grid power is already allocated, one house connection is a drop in the bucket for power generation, a security deposit isn’t justified.
Way overpriced with constant power outages. It reminds me of when I lived in Zimbabwe. You'd be better off installing solar and running a generator as a backup. Cheaper and more reliable than this mismanaged dumpster fire of a company.
