pcp herself was nice, i do think she tried. office staff lied to me several times about what other doctors said. rude when i tried to refill medication. tried to leave this office months ago, i don't think they ever wrote it down even though i had a very strong conversation about "why is my new pcp's name anywhere near your records? i did not sign a release." wondering if this is why i failed to be believed in pittsburgh, too. don't go here
First time there! No one really enjoys going to the doctors office but this was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office! All of the staff was extremely friendly and Dr.Diaz went over all of my reports and explained things very thoroughly to me. I did not feel rushed and I felt like she truly cared! So happy I made the switch!
Receptionist is always incredibly rude every time I go in. Absolutely horrid.
