Other than the outrageous prices, the staff was very nice and helpful and the jewelry itself was absolutely beautiful
Wasn’t treated right, think it was because of my color
To start off to get there, is a pain. It’s like super deep in an office building and someone has to guide you there. The worst part is the customer service, had a female but she didn’t even say a word to us. I don’t know if it’s to keep a mysterious “act” on for the store but she lost a sale for homer, left instantly. But the jewelry beautiful, but of course overpriced but that’s what we all expected from a brand like homer and by an artist. Very nice Jewelry Bad location and terrible customer service.
