I had an extremely horrible experience with HomePro Roofing and Restoration's DFW branch. A representative pressured me into signing a contract I later canceled within the legal three-business-day window, as allowed by Texas law and outlined in their own agreement. Despite canceling in writing and receiving acknowledgement, they continued to pursue me for a cancelation fee and eventually threatened to file a mechanics lien, even though no work was ever started, no materials delivered, and the contract was properly canceled. ... read more

This company is deceitful. I was told by Jeffery T. that they were going to install severe weather shingles and ridge but when they were delivered and installed they went with a lower grade shingle and flat ridge that looks like a cut three tab shingle. He sold me on this saying it would all be taken care of I guess thinking that I had not done research or was familiar with roofing. This is a fly by night company. They did our roof, took our money and never cam back to complete their job. Now they are not answering their phone and refuse to refund our money that they have been holding for months. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jeff T was up on neighbors house doing an estimate when I met him. Homepro employees were responsive and professional in everything they did. We couldn’t have been happier in the way in which it all transpired. Thank you Homepro.
