They were prompt when I called for an estimate, they contacted my insurance adjustor and met him when he came to check the roof; I was able to get more money from the company due to their efforts. I needed a new roof after experiencing storm damage. My son told me to contact HomePro, so I immediately called their number, and they sent out an appraiser to view the damage and take pictures of my roof. He scheduled the roofers and kept me up to date on when they would be out at my house. He gave me his number and every time I had a question, he was quick to get back with me.
