Hesham was exemplary in his customer service, expertise and work. If I could go above 5 stars, I would. I had some serious issues for home security and Hesham not only took care of those concerns, but was kind, patient and went through everything thoroughly with me. I was left with full knowledge of the systems and easy access to my app. I cant say enough what it means to me to feel so taken care of and feeling safe again in my home. Thank you Hesham! They scheduled a phone interview with me but they never called so i called them again and they said sorry we forgot to call you. The worst management ever
Bob Vry with Homepro was extremely helpful. He was patient and really went above and beyond to assist me.
My alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason. They were unable to fix it so we had to stop using the system and refuse to let me out of my contract!! DO NOT use this company.
