I contacted this company because I was smelling a burning odor in my kitchen and was concerned about a potential electrical issue. The technician troubleshot the problem and replaced a GFCI outlet, charging approximately $300. While I felt this was overpriced, my primary concern was resolving the issue. I would give Happy Home Electric 0 stars if it were an option. Three times, they missed the scheduled appointments over the last three weeks. When they do show up this morning, the electrician that was sent out, although a very nice and professional person, was clearly in over his head. When I called the company and was able to speak with the owner, he was obstinate, rude, and would not listen to my concerns. His only suggestion was to find another electrical company, which I will gladly do!
